I am a big fan of Jakob Ingebrigtsen and today I did one of his go two days, the Double Threshold. We did 5 x 1k in the morning and 10x400 in the evening. All at threshold pace so the paces were pretty slow all things considered. Was nice to run with Ben from Grants Pass High School today. All things considered it went really well. @jakobinge #doublethreshold
