In July I was lucky enough to get the chance to run around the Alexander Stadium in Birmingham as part of a training session for @rocup_

This was my final lap of the night. It wasn't the fastest lap ever but I put 100% effort into it knowing that all I had to do was survive it.

I thought I had done ok so I compared my time to Jakob Ingebrigtsen who won the European Championships Gold Medal a few weeks later.

What did I find out?

He is one super fast Norwegian.

But as they say comparison is the thief of joy.

I had a lot of fun doing it and so did @jakobing
