In this edition of the Last Lap podcast, we break down the World Ultimate Championships 5k, where Jakob dominated Cole Hocker and the field. After a tough matchup at the Diamond League final and a lot of trash talk between the two, it was finally time to settle it on the track, and when they did it was Jakob Ingebrigtsen who took home the win in dramatic fashion. They will rematch in the 1500 meters along with Josh Kerr later in the meet.
